With the auto industry facing a downturn, this OEM supplier wanted to reduce higher-than-expected energy bills at its plant.

Solution
The warehouse HVAC systems included high-efficiency motors and heating units as well as temperature controls to maximize energy efficiency. The office HVAC systems included high-efficiency A/C units with environmentally friendly refrigerants, enhanced air filtration, outside air control and building controls with setback options.

Results
