Challenge

Perfection’s design-build plan for a 657,000 square-foot new warehouse and 25,000 square-foot office needed to meet tenant-specific and LEED Certified standards.

Solution
The warehouse HVAC systems included high-efficiency motors and heating units as well as temperature controls to maximize energy efficiency. The office HVAC systems included high-efficiency A/C units with environmentally friendly refrigerants, enhanced air filtration, outside air control and building controls with setback options.

Results
The distribution center earned a LEED Certified rating. Perfection’s design-build solutions for HVAC, electric, building envelope and plumbing provide the customer with a building that is 15-20% more efficient to operate than a standard building design.
