Field Service Supervisor - Louisville KY

We are currently looking to add a service supervisor to our Louisville KY location. Qualified candidates should possess the following:

Facility Director - Dayton Ohio

Directs an organization's facilities department. Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators. May manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement. May require a bachelors degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Service Technician

Perfection has an immediate opening for an HVAC Technician in the following areas: Cincinnati, Ohio, Knoxville & Bristol Tennessee, Indianapolis & Evansville Indiana, Lexington & Louisville KY,Charleston, and West Virginia. Perfection is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician that is currently working in the field. Qualifications are: Universal EPA license, at least 5 years experience in the Industrial/Commercial industry. Experience working on centrifugal chillers, roof top units, and able to work with little supervision. Project Manager Assistant

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to Field Foreman in a timely and clear fashion.
• Work with Field Foreman to ensure adequate personnel are available.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team.

Commissioning Technician/Electrician

Perfection is looking for an experienced HVAC Commissioning Technician/Electrician that is currently working in the field. Qualifications are: Universal EPA license, at least 5 years experience in the Industrial/Commercial industry. Experience working on all types of commercial equipment, ability to start up equipment while ensuring equipment is working properly and able to work with little supervision.
